Everything Wrong with Eurovision 2023 Odds – Analysis of Top 37 by Odds

Our Top 37 Analysis according to odds.

37 – Romania – Theodor Andrei – D.G.T. (Off and On)
Well, someone had to be at the bottom. If you have seen our previous videos, you know we are not very fond of this song. We have no problem with it placing last in the odds.

36 – Albania – Albina & Familja Kelmendi – Duje
This song is not actually all that bad, but Albania is a small country and don’t expect many people to bet on them unless they send a masterpiece.

35 – Latvia – Sudden Lights – Aijā
This is an underrated song by Latvia. It deserves much more.

34 – Lithuania – Monika Linkytė – Stay
This too is a very underrated song. Lithuania may surprise many people.

33 – San Marino – Piqued Jacks – Like An Animal
Nothing to disagree here. Could have easily been at the bottom of the list.

32 – Malta – The Busker – Dance (Our Own Party)
This could have been one of the dark horses, had it not been matched up against tougher competition in the 1st semi-final.

31 – Belgium Gustaph – Because of You
If this song has a shot at qualifying for the grand final, it’s only because it competes in the “Group of Easy” which is the 2nd Semi-final.

30 – Denmark – Reiley – Breaking My Heart
Just copy / paste what we said about Belgium and you get our thoughts for Denmark.

29 – Greece – Victor Vernicos – What They Say
We don’t like the direction Greece has been going in the last few years. They should go back to their roots. Their position on this list is very fitting.

28 – Azerbaijan – TuralTuranX – Tell Me More
This is a very cute song from Azerbaijan, but getting out of that semi-final is not going to be easy.

27 – Portugal – Mimicat – Ai Coração

26 – Cyprus – Andrew Lambrou – Break a Broken Heart

25 – Iceland – Diljá – Power
Diljá deserves a higher spot as she is one of the strongest vocals in the competition.

24 – Ireland – Wild Youth – We Are One

23 – Poland – Blanka – Solo
One of the most overrated songs by the bookmakers.

22 – Estonia – Alika – Bridges

21 – Germany – Lord Of The Lost – Blood & Glitter

20 – Slovenia – Joker Out – Carpe Diem

19 – Australia – Voyager – Promise
This song is going to do much better than 19th place.

18 – Netherlands – Nicolai & Cooper – Burning Daylight

17 – Croatia – Let 3 – Mama ŠČ!

16 – Moldova – Pasha Parfeni – Soarele și Luna

15 – Serbia – Luke Black – Samo mi se spava

14 – Georgia – Iru – Echo
Top 10 material. Vocals too strong to be ignored.

13 – Switzerland – Remo Forrer – Watergun

12 – Armenia – Brunette – Future Lover

11 – Italy – Marco Mengoni – Due vite
This song doesn’t get enough love. One of Italy’s best songs in recent years.

10 – France – La Zarra – Évidemment

9 – United Kingdom – Mae Muller – I Wrote A Song
We like this song. The stage performance is going to either make it or break it.

8 – Austria – Teya & Salena – Who The Hell Is Edgar?

7 – Czechia – Vesna – My Sister’s Crown

6 – Israel – Noa Kirel – Unicorn

5 – Spain – Blanca Paloma – Eaea

4 – Norway – Alessandra – Queen of Kings

3 – Ukraine – Tvorchi – Heart of Steel
Ukraine has been the darling of bookmakers in the last two years, but this is, hands down, the most overrated song of, not the year, but the decade. If you have been following us long enough, you know that we wholeheartedly supported Ukraine during these difficult times. But, isn’t it time, someone said it out loud, that this is just a song contest and for once, we would like to see one of the good songs win it.

2 – Finland – Käärijä – Cha Cha Cha

1 – Sweden – Loreen – Tattoo

Stay tuned for our upcoming videos, where we will bring you the best fan made Eurovision content.
